Félix Romeo helped in the selection and editing of the texts in “Ella, yo y los demonios.” In fact, it was Félix Romeo who convinced me to give it that title, and he also presented the book with me at the Aragón Library.

I can’t help but express my deep gratitude here for his unwavering support. I fondly remember his enthusiasm for my project and our meetings to discuss the texts, which took place at a café in the afternoon, after which Félix would catch the bus to serve his sentence for conscientious objection at the Torrero prison. He was an intellectual devoted to his convictions, as well as a gentleman, and it was a great pleasure for me to have known him.

Félix Romeo passed away in 2011. RIP.
